東京に本社を置く住友商事が、スイスのツークに在る新興企業「EQUIPPO」に大
型出資をした。「EQUIPPO」は、中古建機の主要なオンライン・オークション・
プラットフォームを開拓した。2014年創業の若い企業は、「建設機械のEbay」
とも呼ばれている。住友グループの実質的な参加で、EQUIPPOは欧州のマーケッ
ト・リーダーになろうとしている。日本の世界的企業は、「フォーチューン500
社」に名を連ね、年間売上高は約590億スイスフラン、収益はほぼ30億スイスフ
ラン。住友は世界中で建設機械のレンタル、販売、保守を行っている。情報によ
れば、住友は中古市場に集中する意向。Equippoのオンライン市場は、現在55か
国で運営されている。オークション・プラットフォームには現在、直ぐに使用出
来て、世界中に出荷出来る建設機械が約200台掲載されている。Equippoの社員は
現在23名で、2015年と2016年の資金調達ラウンドでは、5百万スイスフラン集め
た。2人の共同創業者以外には、スイスの投資家も投資している。中古建機の市
場規模は全世界で推定1,000億スイスフラン、欧州でのシェアは約300億スイスフ
ラン。新品の建設機械が高過ぎる企業は、Equippoのオンラン・プラットフォー
ムで安価な代替品を見つけられる。収益性の高い中古市場はデジタル化され、以
前のアナログ取引に取って代わりつつある。建設機械産業の環境が根本的に変化

of "Sumitomo
Corporation Group", Equippo wants to become the market
leader in Europe. The Japanese global group in Tokyo, belongs to the
"Fortune500"
and generated annual sales of around CHF 49 billion, with
a profit of almost CHF
3 billion. Sumitomo rents, sells and maintains
construction machinery
worldwide. Based on information, Sumitomo intends
to focus increasingly
on second-hand markets. The Online marketplace of
Equippo operates today
in 55 countries; the Auction Platform currently
lists up around 200
construction machines, which are available
immediately and ready
for worldwide shipping. Equippo currently employs
23 people; the financing
rounds in 2015 and 2016 brought together CHF 5
million. In addition to
the two co-founders, Swiss investors also
invested money in the
start-up company. The market volume for used
construction machinery
amounts to approximately CHF 100 billion
worldwide; the European
share amounts to about CHF 30 billion.
Enterprises, which
cannot afford to buy completely new construction
machines, can find
cheaper alternatives on the Equippo Online platform.
The profitable
second-hand market has arrived in the digitalization era
and is now replacing
the previous analogue trading. This changes the
environment of the
construction machinery business fundamentally,
helping to compare
prices worldwide.

weltweit Baumaschinen. Laut Information beabsichtigt
Sumitomo sich
vermehrt auf die Maerkte fuer Geraetschaften aus
zweiter Hand zu
konzentrieren. Der Online-Marktplatz von Equippo ist
heute in 55
Laendern taetig; auf der Auktions-Plattform sind
derzeit rund 200
Baumaschinen aufgelistet, welche sofort verfuegbar und
fuer den
weltweiten Versand bereit sind. Equippo beschaeftigt
derzeit 23
Mitarbeiter; die Finanzierungs-Runden in den Jahren
2015 und 2016
brachten 5 Mio. CHF zusammen. Ausser den beiden
Co-Gruendern
investierten auch Schweizer Anleger Geld in das
Start-up Unternehmen.
Das Marktvolumen fuer gebrauchte Baumaschinen betraegt
weltweit
schaetzungsweise 100 Mrd. CHF; der europaeische Anteil
belaeuft sich
auf zirka 30 Mrd. CHF. Firmen, denen ganz neue
Baumaschinen zu teuer
sind, finden auf der Online-Plattform von Equippo
guenstigere
Alternativen. Der lohnende Occasions-Markt ist in der
Digitalisierung
angekommen und loest jetzt den bisherigen analogen
Handel ab. Dies
veraendert das Umfeld der Baumaschinen-Industrie
grundlegend und traegt
dazu bei, dass Preise weltweit verglichen werden
koennen.

スイスから英国向けの金の輸出が急激に増えており、これ程増えたのは7年振
りで、「スイス税関」の2019年8月の最新データで示された。金市場は常に良
い危機指標だったので、多くの英国人が貴金属を求めるのは驚くことではない。
ブレキジットに関連する不確実性は多くの市民を不安にしている。彼らは自分
のお金の有形の保管方法をスイスでも探している。経済崩壊の心配も投資家を
安全な「逃避場所の金」に追い込んでいる。スイスは世界最大の金生産国で、
全世界の金生産量500トンの半分をスイス国内で生産している。国際的な貴金
属業者に製品が認められている世界最大の金精錬所の4か所がスイスにある。
過去12か月で貴金属の価格は1オンス(31.1グラム)当たり20%強とほぼ1,500米
ドル上昇した。これには様々な理由がある。米国と中国の貿易戦争、中央銀行
の金融緩和政策、ゼロ金利政策もある。殆どの専門家は株を買うことを勧める
が、小規模の金投資も選択肢の一つ。貴金属は利子を生まないが、投資家は価

Gold exports from
Switzerland to Great Britain increased strongly; they
are as high as they
haven't been since seven years. This is shown by the
latest data from the
"Swiss Customs Administration" for the month of
August 2019. The gold
market has always been a good crisis indicator;
it is therefore not
surprising that many Britons are reaching for the
precious metal. The
uncertainty associated with the "Brexit" worries
many citizens; they are
looking for tangibles, also in Switzerland.
Worries about an
economic downturn are also driving investors into the
safe "Haven
Gold". Switzerland is by far the largest gold processor in
the world; with 500
tons, half of the global gold production is refined
in the country. Four of
the world's largest gold refineries, whose
products are recognized
by the international precious metal exchange,
are located in
Switzerland. Over the past 12 months, the price of the
precious metal has
risen by a good 20% to almost US-Dollar 1,500 per
fine ounce (31.1
grams). There are versatile reasons for this; the trade
dispute between the USA
and China, or the loose monetary policy of the
Central Banks, but also
the zero interest rate policy. Most experts
advise buying stocks,
but even small gold investments are an
alternative. Although
the precious metal does not yield any interest,
investors can benefit
from price increases. Gold is now stored in the
safe in the form of
bars and coins. Gold is considered by many people to
be a safe reserve for
bad times. The "Gold Boom" lasted until 2011, when
the price for one ounce
of fine gold reached the so far highest level
with 1,900 US-Dollars.
Historically, Gold also proved to be an inflation
protection.
Die Gold-Exporte aus der Schweiz nach Grossbritannien
(UK) nahmen stark
zu; sie sind so hoch wie seit sieben Jahren nicht
mehr. Dies zeigen die
neusten Daten der "Eidgenoessischen
Zoll-Verwaltung" fuer den Monat
August 2019. Der Goldmarkt war schon immer ein guter
Krisen-Indikator;
es ueberrascht deshalb nicht, dass viele Briten nach
dem Edelmetall
greifen. Die Unsicherheit im Zusammenhang mit dem
"Brexit" beunruhigt
viele Buerger; sie suchen Handfestes fuer ihr Geld,
auch in der Schweiz.
Auch die Sorge um einen Wirtschafts-Einbruch treibt
die Anleger in den
sicheren "Hafen Gold". Die Schweiz ist mit
Abstand der groesste Gold-
Verarbeiter der Welt; mit 500 Tonnen wird im Land die
Haelfte der
weltweiten Gold-Produktion raffiniert. Vier der
welt-groessten Gold-
Raffinerien, deren Produkte von den internationalen
Edelmetall-Boersen
anerkannt sind, befinden sich in der Schweiz. In den
letzten 12 Monaten
ist der Preis fuer das Edelmetall um gut 20% auf fast
1'500 US-Dollar
je Fein-Unze (31,1 Gramm) gestiegen. Es gibt
vielfaeltige Gruende
dafuer; der Handelsstreit zwischen den USA und China,
oder die lockere
Geldpolitik der Notenbanken, aber auch die
Null-Zins-Politik. Die
meisten Experten raten zum Aktien-Kauf, aber auch
kleine Gold-Anlagen
sind eine Alternative. Das Edelmetall wirft zwar auch
keinen Zins ab,
aber die Anleger koennen von Preis-Steigerungen
profitieren. Gold wird
heutzutage in Form von Barren und Muenzen im Tresor
gelagert. Gold gilt
vielen Menschen als sicher Ruecklage fuer schlechte
Zeiten. Die "Gold-
Hausse" dauerte bis 2011, damals erreichte der
Preis fuer die Unze
Feingold mit 1'900 US-Dollar den bisherigen
Hoechst-Stand. In der
Geschichte bewaehrte sich das Gold auch als
Inflations-Schutz.

3) 原発は気候保護の選択肢にならない

新しい「世界の原子力産業の状況2019（WNIS2019)」が、2019年9月24日ブタペス
トで発表された。執筆者達は原子力発電を長期的には脅威になると見ており、気
候保護に適した選択肢とは考えていない。2019年12月20日にはスイスでも原子力
発電所の運転が停止される。カントン・ベルンに在る「ミューレベルク原子力発
電所」だ。昨年来停止された5か所の原子力発電所の１つになる。これらの原発
は２か所がロシアに、２か所は米国に在る。しかし同時にこの間、新しい原子炉
9基が電力網に接続され、その内の7基は中国、2基はロシア。2018年の原発によ
る年間発電量は、主に中国での拡大によって、前年比で2.4%増加した。全世界の
発電量で、原発の割合は1996年に過去最高の17.5%に達した。以後その割合は継
続的に低下し、およそ10%になっている。40年前には原子力発電所が234か所「建
設中」のリストに掲載されていたが、2013年は未だ68か所あったのが、2019年半
ばには僅か46か所だけとなった。最新原子力報告書は権威筋から支持されてい
る。とりわけ日本の原子力委員会の元副委員長から推薦された。原子力産業と政
府は、原子力発電部門の開発を理解する為にこの報告書を読むべきだ。新しい原
発への投資は、より効率の良い代替案への資金を奪うことで、気候危機を悪化さ
せると筆頭執筆者のマイクル・シュナイダー氏は言う。他の再生可能エネルギー
は長年原発を追い越している。中国でさえ太陽光発電と風力発電の建設が遥かに
早く進行している。この事は、太陽光や風力エネルギーが最終的には原発より安

The new "World
Nuclear Industry Status Report 2019" (WNISR2019) was
presented on September
24, 2019 in Budapest. The authors see nuclear
power as threatened in
the long run and do not consider it a suitable
option for climate
protection. On December 20, 2019, a nuclear power
plant will also be shut
down in Switzerland; it is the "NPP Muehleberg"
in the Canton of Berne.
It is thus among the five nuclear power plants
(NPPs) that have been
closed since last year. Two of these nuclear power
plants are located in Russia
and two in the USA; at the same time, nine
reactors were connected
to the grid during this period, seven in China
and two in Russia. The
annual electricity production from nuclear power
plants increased by
2.4% in 2018 compared to the previous year, mainly
due to the expansion in
China. The nuclear power plants achieved the
highest share in the
world-wide electricity production in 1996 with a
historic maximum of
17.5%. Since then, the share has steadily dropped to
about 10%. Forty years
ago, 234 nuclear power plants were on the list as
"under
construction", 68 in 2013 and only just 46 in mid-2019. The new
nuclear report receives
support from a prestigious side; among others,
it is recommended by
the ex-Vice-Chairman of the Japanese Atomic Energy
Commission (JAEC). The
Nuclear Industry and the Governments should read
it to understand the
development of the nuclear power sector. Any
investment in new
nuclear power plants makes the climate crisis worse by
depriving the funding
for more efficient alternatives, says lead author
Mycle Schneider. Other
renewable energies have long since outstripped
nuclear power. Even in
China, the construction of solar- and wind power
is accelerating much
faster. This also has to do with the fact that
solar- and wind energy
are ultimately cheaper than nuclear power plants;
in many places they
even undercut the costs of coal and gas.
Der neue "World Nuclear Industry Status Report
2019" (WNISR2019) wurde
am 24. September 2019 in Budapest praesentiert. Die
Autoren sehen die
Atomkraft langfristig als bedroht an und schaetzen sie
nicht als
geeignete Option fuer den Klimaschutz ein. Am 20.
Dezember 2019 wird
auch in der Schweiz ein Atomkraft-Werk abgeschaltet;
es ist das "AKW
Muehleberg" im Kanton Bern. Es gehoert somit zu
den fuenf Atomkraft-
Werken (AKWs), die seit dem letzten Jahr geschlossen
wurden. Zwei dieser
AKWs stehen in Russland und zwei in den USA;
gleichzeitig gingen in
diesem Zeitraum neun Reaktoren ans Netz, sieben in
China und zwei in
Russland. Die jaehrliche Strom-Produktion aus
Atomkraft-Werken stieg
2018 gegenueber dem Vorjahr um 2,4%, namentlich wegen
dem Ausbau in
China. Den hoechsten Anteil an der weltweiten
Strom-Produktion
erreichten die Atomkraft-Werke (AKWs) im Jahr 1996 mit
einem
historischen Maximum von 17,5%. Seither sank der
Anteil dauernd bis auf
zirka 10%. Vor 40 Jahren waren 234 Kern-Kraftwerke als
"im Bau" auf der
Liste, 2013 noch 68 und Mitte 2019 nur noch 46. Der
neue Nuklear-Bericht
bekommt von angesehener Seite Unterstuetzung; unter
anderem wird er vom
ex-Vize-Vorsteher der japanischen Kommission fuer
Atom-Energie
empfohlen. Die Nuklear-Industrie und die Regierungen
sollten ihn lesen,
um die Entwicklung des Atom-Strom Sektors zu
verstehen. Jede Investition
in neue Atomkraft-Werke verschlimmere die Klima-Krise,
weil damit die
Finanzierung fuer effizientere Alternativen entzogen
wird, sagt Haupt-
Autor Mycle Schneider. Andere erneuerbare Energien
haben der Atom-Kraft
laengst den Rang abgelaufen. Sogar in China geht der
Bau von Solar- und
Windkraft viel schneller vorwaerts. Dies hat auch
damit zu tun, dass
Solar- und Wind-Energie abschliessend billiger sind
als Atomkraft-Werke;
an vielen Orten unterbieten sie sogar die Kosten von
Kohle und Gas.

★ 軽蔑：ドイツのメルケル政府による環境汚染

Pollution by German's Merkel Government.
ドイツは米国で気候変動保護の先駆者として演じている。しかし、メルケル首相
とクランプ・カレンバウワー国防大臣は、ほぼ同時に満席ではない飛行機で別々
に米国へ飛んだ。航空機が気候を危うくさせるにも関わらず。メルケルは国連気
候サミットにも参加している。２機のドイツ空軍機は30分程度の間隔で米国に出
発した。ビルト紙によると、国防大臣の飛行機には約200人分の座席があるが、
代表団は僅か6人しかいなかった！公式には、「編成上の理由」と「スペース不
足」でスケジュールが変更された。スペース不足は論外、メルケルの飛行機には
未だ空席が20席在った筈だ。このことに対する怒りは大きかった。FDP会派のリ
ンドゥナーはシュピーゲル誌に、「追加の飛行機は生態学的に無意味であるだけ
でなく、税金の無駄遣いだ」と言った。シュピーゲル誌によると、追加の飛行機
代は少なくとも36万ユーロかかる。納税者にも気候にも大きな負担を強いる。2
日後には、ハイコ・マース独外相も国連総会に向けてニューヨークに飛んだ。ド
イツのシュルツ環境大臣もニューヨークに向かったが少し前で定期便で飛んだ。
Germany orchestrated
itself in the USA as a pioneer for climate
protection; but German
Chancellor Merkel and Defense Minister Kramp-
Karrenbauer were
traveling to the USA almost simultaneously in two
different, not fully
occupied air planes; this despite the poor climate
balance of aircrafts.
Merkel is traveling to the UN-Climate Summit. The
two aircrafts of the
German Air Force took off at intervals of about 30
minutes to the USA;
according to the newspaper "Bild", there were seats
for about 200 people on
the Defense Minister's air plane, but their
delegation had only six
people! Officially, it was rescheduled for
"organizational
reasons" and "lack of space". Lack of space is out of
question, in
"Merkel's air plane" there shall have been 20 free seats.
The outrage is great.
The FDP parliamentary Leader Lindner said to the
"Spiegel":
"The additional flight is not only ecologically absurd, but
also tax-money
waste." According to "Spiegel" the additional aircraft
costs at least 360,000
Euros. A high burden for the taxpayers and for
the climate anyway. Two
days later, German Foreign Minister Maas flew
to New York for the
UN-General Assembly. The German Environment Minister
Schulze also flew to
New York, but already a little earlier, but with a

★ 日本は国連気候サミットで演説を拒否された

speaking at UN-Climate Summit in New York.
主要国日本とオーストラリアが、ニューヨークの国連気候サミットでアントニ
オ・グテーレス事務総長に、石炭に対する継続的な支援の為に、演説を拒否され
た。国連事務総長は、これらの政府に対して事前に、ニューヨークの本会議には
「演説ではなく計画を持って来るよう」伝えていた。演説を許されたのは、具体
的な約束をし、新しい計画を示した国々だけ。その中には、中国、ドイツ、英国
だけでなく、ウエリ・マウレル連邦大統領が代表のスイスもいた。気候サミット
で黙らせられたのは、米国、ロシア、ブラジル、更に言及した日本とオーストラ
リア。国連事務総長は気候サミットを意図的に行動サミットと称した。
Leading countries such
as Japan and Australia are blocked from speaking
at the UN-Climate
Summit in New York by UN-Secretary-General Antonio
Guterres due to their
continued support for coal. The UN-Secretary-
General previously told
Governments to "bring plans, not speeches" to
the plenary session in
New York. Only states that were willing to make
concrete commitments
and submitted new plans were given the right to
speak. Under it were
representatives of China, Germany, Great Britain,
but also Switzerland,
represented by the Federal President Ueli Maurer.
On the other hand, the
USA, Russia, Brazil, as well as the mentioned
countries Japan and
Australia had to remain silent at summit. UN-

★ スイスのシュタドラー・レイル社インドネシアに新工場
Milestone: Swiss
Stadler Rail builds new Factory in Indonesia.
スイスの鉄道車両を製造する「シュタドゥラー・レイル」がインドネシアに新工
場を建設する。シュタドゥラー・レイル社はインドネシアの車両製造業者「PT
INKA」との合弁事業に参加した、とベルンのインドネシア大使館がプレスリリー
スで発表した。スイスの車両製造企業にとって歴史的な一里塚となり、アジア大
陸への足掛かりを掴んだ。新工場は、首都ジャカルタから1,000km離れたジャワ
島のバニュワンギに建設される。インドネシアの提携先も丁度、500両の電動近
郊列車の大型発注を獲得したので、更に500両の追加オプションが見込まれる。
インドネシアで製造された車両は全アジアに輸出される。以前の報道記事による
と、シュタドゥラー新工場は最大2,000人の雇用を創出する予定で、インドネシ
アからオーストラリア市場にも進出する。10年以上模索の後、現地で適切な提携
先を見つけることが出来たと、ペーター・シュプーラー取締役会長は述べた。欧
州からアジア市場で成功を収めるのは不可能なので、現地の生産拠点は不可欠。
シュタドゥラー・レイルはアジア地域の入札に頻繁に参加したが失敗。1月には

The Swiss manufacturer
of rail vehicles, "Stadler Rail" is building a
new plant in Indonesia.
"Stadler Rail" has entered into a Joint Venture
with the Indonesian
rail vehicle manufacturer "PT INKA", wrote the
Embassy of Indonesia in
Berne, in a media release. It is a historic
milestone for the Swiss
rail manufacturer; it arrived finally on the
Asian continent. The
new plant is being built in Banyuwangi on the
island of Java, 1,000
kilometers away from the capital Jakarta. The
Indonesian partner has
also just made a large order of 500 electric
suburban rail
carriages, with an option for 500 more carriages. The
Indonesian-made trains
are to be exported to all of Asia. According to
previous media reports,
the new Stadler plant is to create up to 2,000
jobs; from Indonesia,
the Australian market is also to be handled. After
more than ten years of
search, it has been possible to find a suitable
partner on site, the
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Peter
Spuhler was quoted.
Being successful in the Asian market from Europe is
not possible, a local
production site is necessary. "Stadler Rail"
frequently participated
in tender offers in the Asian region, but
failed. Only this
January, it was announced that "Stadler Rail" was
succumbed to the
Japanese competitor "Hitachi" in a Billion-US-Dollar

1) 日本の大企業がスイスの新興企業に資本参加するとは、時代も変わったもの
だ。スイスと日本はモノ造りでは競合する間柄ながら、このように共同で事業展
開すれば、両者にとって相乗効果が期待出来る。中古建設機械市場に地殻変動が
起きる程の展望がありそうだ。
2) 英国議会の紛糾で、ブレキジットの恐怖が次第に高まる中、庶民はデモで主
張するだけでなく、防衛策も様々な広がりを見せている。しかし、持てる者はい
ろいろ方策はあるだろうが、持たざる者が置き去りにされる。
3) 危険で高価で廃棄処理が不可能な原発を、何としても手放そうとしない勢力
は、人類はおろか地球上の生物滅亡を画策しているとしか思えない。個人的に
は、世界は核兵器を開発・製造するようになって以来、手遅れではないかと思っ
ている。それでも、人類が生き延びて地球を再生させるには、可能であるならや
はり微生物等による地球が本来持っていた力に頼る方がまだしも安全なのではな
